Top 5 music festivals not to miss this winter 17/18

If you are in the UK the winter blues will have started to give you the shivers at the latest when the clocks moved back. Getting up in the dark and leaving work in the dark is enough to make anybody depressed. But fear not. We have compiled our top five list of winter escapes that will guaranteed give you that warmfuzzy feeling and at least a fighting chance to top up that tan whilst dancing on a beach or surrounded by lush tropical foliage.

1. Wonderfruit – Pattaya, Thailand

When & where: 14 December 2017 – 17 December 2017; Siam Country Club

2. Universo Paralello – Bahia, Brazil

When & where: 27 December 2017 – 3 January 2018; Praia de Pratigi, Itubera

Headliners: Neelix, Astrix, Infected Mushroom

Taking place in one of the true paradises on the planet, Pratigi Beach, Universo Paralello creates an alternative world where harmony and community reign supreme. 3. Bazique Festival – Capetown, South Africa

When & where: 16-18 March 2018

Bazique Festival is an amazing new festival of international music and performing arts at the incredible lakeside venue of Elgin Grabouw Country Club, an hour away from Cape Town.
